Daiquiri

Daiquiri

My family brought this recipe for Puerto Rico in 1960 when I was ten years old. It is really refreshing.

1 part of sour
2 parts of sweet
3 parts of strong
4 parts of week

Use ¼ cup measurer for four large daiquiris. In a blender mix above and blend until the ice is broken up. Store blender in freezer when still full.

You can use lemon, lime, or other fruit. I use brown sugar with lemon. Rum is the strong. Ice is weak.
